Klervex Documentation
Klervex is a Trade Document Intelligence Platform that automates the creation and validation of international trade documents. Upload your source documents, let AI extract the data, validate against country-specific rules, and generate customs-grade PDFs — all in one pipeline.
What Klervex Does
- Extract — Upload commercial invoices, purchase orders, or other trade documents. AI extracts structured data (parties, line items, HS codes, routes).
- Validate — Deterministic business rules check HS code validity, sanctions screening, required fields, and country-specific compliance.
- Generate — Produce customs-grade PDFs: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin.
- Verify — Every document is hash-stamped for tamper-proof verification.

Architecture
Klervex is built on the Rynko platform:
- Rynko Extract — AI-powered document extraction
- Rynko Flow — Deterministic validation with lookup tables (HS codes, sanctions, port codes)
- Rynko Render — PDF document generation from templates
This means Klervex benefits from Rynko's enterprise-grade infrastructure while focusing on trade-specific domain logic.
