Create an Account

Sign Up

  1. Navigate to app.klervex.com/register
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password
  3. Click Create Account

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email from Klervex. Click the verification link to activate your account.

tip

If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. The email comes from noreply@klervex.com.

Automatic Team Setup

When you first sign in, Klervex automatically creates a team for you. Teams are the top-level container for all your data:

  • Shipments and documents
  • Party profiles (exporters, importers)
  • Product catalog
  • Team members and API keys

Add Team Members

Go to Settings > Team to invite colleagues:

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter their email address
  3. Select a role:
    • Owner — Full access, can manage billing and delete team
    • Admin — Full access except billing and team deletion
    • Member — Can create and manage shipments
    • Viewer — Read-only access
