Party Management

Manage your exporter, importer, and notify party profiles for reuse across shipments.

Create a Party

1. Go to Parties from the sidebar
2. Click Add Party
3. Fill in:
   • Name — Company or individual name
   • Address — Street address
   • City, State, Postal Code
   • Country — Select from searchable dropdown
   • Tax IDs — EIN, EORI, IEC, GSTIN, VAT, etc.
   • Contact — Email, phone (optional)

Using Parties in Shipments

When creating a shipment, you can select saved parties from the dropdown in the Parties tab. This pre-fills all fields, saving time for repeat trading partners.

Edit and Delete

• Click any party in the list to edit
• Delete unused party profiles from the detail view
