Product Catalog

Manage a catalog of frequently shipped products for quick entry.

Create a Product​

  1. Go to Products from the sidebar
  2. Click Add Product
  3. Fill in:
    • Name — Product name
    • Description — Trade description (used in documents)
    • HS Code — Harmonized System code
    • Country of Origin — Manufacturing country
    • Unit — PCS, KG, LTR, MTR, etc.
    • Unit Price — Default price (can be overridden per shipment)
    • Net Weight — Per unit, in kilograms

Using Products in Shipments​

When adding line items in the Goods tab, you can select from your product catalog. This pre-fills the description, HS code, unit, and other fields.

Edit and Delete​

  • Click any product in the list to edit
  • Delete unused products from the detail view
