How Extraction Works

1. Upload a file (drag-and-drop or click to browse)
2. The file is sent to the AI extraction engine
3. Structured data is returned with confidence scores
4. The form is pre-populated with extracted data

Processing typically takes 5-30 seconds depending on document complexity.

Confidence Scores

Each extracted field includes a confidence score:

• High (90%+) — The AI is confident in the extraction. Review quickly.
• Medium (70-89%) — Some ambiguity detected. Review the value.
• Low (below 70%) — The AI is uncertain. Check carefully against the source document.

Fields with low confidence are highlighted in the form. Always review these before validating.

Tips for Best Results

• Use high-resolution scans (300 DPI or higher)
• Ensure text is legible and not cut off
• Avoid handwritten documents when possible
• Multi-page documents are supported
