Review Extraction Results
After AI extracts data from your uploaded document, review the results before validating.
The Review Process
The Data Entry stage shows a pre-filled form with confidence badges on each field. Your job is to verify accuracy:
- Check fields with low confidence first (red badges)
- Review medium confidence fields (yellow badges)
- Skim high confidence fields (green badges)
- Edit any incorrect values directly in the form
Confidence Badges

| 🟢 High | 90-100% | Quick review, usually correct |
| 🟡 Medium | 70-89% | Verify against source document |
| 🔴 Low | 0-69% | Check carefully, likely needs correction |
Common Extraction Issues
| Issue | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Wrong HS code | AI confused by product description | Look up correct code in HS Code search |
| Missing tax IDs | Not present in source document | Enter manually from company records |
| Incorrect port codes | Abbreviation not recognized | Select from port code dropdown |
| Wrong currency | Multiple currencies in document | Select the correct currency |
Editing Extracted Data
All fields are fully editable. Changes you make override the AI extraction. The confidence badge disappears once you manually edit a field.
Re-uploading
If the extraction quality is poor, you can go back to the Input stage and upload a different or better-quality document.
